Every sophomore during his tenure graduated and moved on to either a D-I or D-II school. His Raiders teams made two NJCAA Elite Eight appearances, won the 2018-19 Panhandle Conference championship and ranked No. 1 in the country in 2018-19. He was instrumental in the first NJCAA signing of a McDonald's All-American, Elijah Booths.
